Another Update of Life and Random thoughts...

...you know for someone who hasn't had cable for a couple of years, it's odd finding out that Toonami is back on Cartoon Network with alot of current shows...

FUCK!  Alright, I'll talk.


So I actually been busy with multiple projects, including editing a podcast, audio review, a VIDEO review, and writing the next part for Shades of Fear and Shadow Kings.
But editing them all has been draining me sooooo much.  
So many ideas, but no anchor for any of them to land.

I've also been Half-Price Books shopping...

Sigh... I hate having that monkey on me.  I found rare editions and almost completed a collection of mine and started a new one...
Because the Goon is awesome!

But I've also been distracted by life.  Again.
Besides being sick, I also had to house sit and then I got distracted by other things...

Actually got a lot of potential reviews I could give, but *shrug*.

Also been going to the Alamo Draft House and watching new movies while drinking and eating...
Rewatched Guardians, but also saw Tusk, Dracula Untold, and John Wick.
All movies I want to write about.

And I've lost 28 pounds.

Yeah, I guess I should talk about that.
About 10 weeks ago I started a Calorie Counting Diet and it's opened my eyes to the world of calories and things I can't eat.  I've stopped actually counting a few weeks ago, and am now just eating low calorie stuff.  Seems to be working well.

Also cleaning because it's been too long.
The damn office still isn't finished.
And time just seems to be fast forwarding with me.
Like I can't get a hold on it anymore.
And I know it's going to get worse.

Focus.  Have to focus.
The shadows are surrounding.
The clock is ticking.
And the fire is burning out.

I feel disjointed, like I can't focus prop...
Say, what happen to that duck?  You know the one with...

ARGH!  Come on!
Maybe I've been upset from the lack of models and that I can't get ahold of them.  Susy is busy with her next play and I'm having a hard time reaching Kim.  And I'm hesitant to look for another one...
And I have body paint I want to try again... sigh. 
Distracting and disappointing.

FOCUS DAMN IT!
Been reading some good books lately.  Mostly biographies like Bruce Campbell's If Chins Could Kill and Jackie Chan's I am Jackie Chan.  Also trying Christopher Moore and listening to some audio books. 
Also found some cool art books and ...

Aw, fuck, ok ok. 
  The next part of Shades of Fear deals with some back story of the characters as well as more traveling with a box that seems to be pulling memories, but after that it's going to get in a big fight. 
   And that is when we see Nul.
Oh dear...
But I'm also going into DM and Scare again.  The conversations I have just seem to echo in my brain.
Arguements that just seem funny to me.
And then there is Sophie.
Sigh... Sophie.
She is becoming more and more fleshed out and I'm really becoming proud of her as a character.
I hope that when I finally have her fully written down that people will connect with her.

The music is important.
I need a focused soundtrack for this story.

Kings from the Shadows will always be Disturbed's Indestructible. 
It is where and when I got the theme and the pacing for it.

I see Asylum as the short story Slave Before Royalty  

But for Shades... I think I will go with Device.
In fact, I JUST now wrote the order.
